Hoshizaki Undercounters - AM50BAE and C-100BAF - Bring Them Home

At a recent "Cinco de Derby-o" party that infused Cinco de Mayo and the Kentucky Derby I hosted a gathering that included more mint juleps and margaritas than I care to remember. Unfortunately, it also included three separate trips to the convenience store to pick up more ice. I probably should have realized that having three current or former bartenders on the guest list would lead to more cocktailing and should have better prepared.
